Dear Jim,

Thank you very much for such a memorable three day weekend. Your B&B is ranked at the top of our B&B experiences. Your home is elegant, welcoming, and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfasts by candlelight were delicious fine dining affairs. Your knowledge of the areas sites and attractions along with the maps, menus, and personal directions made our daily excursions and evening dining pleasant and stress free.

Thank you again. We will most definitely stay at your place again on our next trip to Lexington.

Dear Jim,

We would like to express our appreciation to you for being such a gracious host during our recent stay at Blackridge Hall.

We have wonderful memories of enjoying our gourmet breakfast inside the screened veranda, listening to soothing music, and watching horses graze along the acres of pasture below. The ambiance was just spectacular.

Our guest room was elegantly appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat for rest at day's end. We also enjoyed the convenience of being near the Kentucky Horse Park, just minutes away along a picturesque drive.

Your attention to detail, sense of style, and warm hospitality all add to the charm of your lovely home. Blackridge Hall is a true Kentucky gem nestled in the Bluegrass!

We look forward to returning soon.

Sincerely,
Charlie and Jenny Ratteree

Dear Mr. Black,

I can't tell you how much my wife & I enjoyed staying at your B&B. You have a very special B&B. I've stayed at many B&B's, and yours is my favorite. The breakfasts are indeed special with candlelight and little extra touches. The rooms are very beautiful as is the whole house. The house, a mansion itself, is very special... and everything works.

You have to see this place and stay here to believe it.

Sincerely,
Barry & Eva Kurtz
